Elizabeth Gilbert

I sing Lead with the chorus.  I have been with Little River for six years. I also have sung in my High School chorus and church choirs.

I am originally from Hamilton, but now  live near Metz.  I have been married to Stan for 50 years.  I have a very large family through birth, adoption, and foster parenting.  I  am a retired teacher and am famous for my Homemade yeast rolls!

I love to read, write, and travel.  In fact, my dreams are to do more traveling and getting completely out of
debt!

I spend a lot of time volunteering for CASA, Samaritan's Purse, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, and Right to Life.  I am also very involved in my church.

With the Little River Chorus, I work with Public Relations.  I appreciate the camaraderie, spirituality, support of chorus members, the outstanding director and the satisfaction of a good performance.

If you are somewhere between the ages of 16 and 6x16, enjoy singing, and can "carry a tune", Little River wants you.  You don't have to read music;  most of our members learn by listening to CDs.  We practice on Tuesday nights, 6:00, at the Angola Middle School.  Walk-ins are welcome.
